50+50 Women in Tech Seasonal Events 

In 2016, I had the idea to create an event for women at Valtech Montreal to share our challenges. With the help of a talented team, we decided to approach it the way we know best: through a collaborative brainstorming session.
The energy and inspiration we felt from discussing our challenges together made it clear that this needed to be an ongoing initiative.

That’s when we founded 50+50, a community-driven event that lasted for 5 years.

We developed a seasonal format for it, and the brand we built around it embodied warmth, connection, and humanity.
